As the UK importer for Shindaiwa products, we support and promote our products through a variety of sales channels including the Internet. Our authorised Internet resellers pass several criteria (noted below) to give peace of mind to the consumer.

Authorised Internet reseller conditions:

•   All products noted for sale must be in stock
•   Reseller must provide, clear, precise and accurate details of the product on their web site
•   Reseller must have secure online payment facilities
•   Reseller demonstrates they have in-depth product knowledge for sales support and after care
•   Reseller has purchased the product through approved UK sales channels

If you click on the logo and do not get redirected to the PLM web site, please be warned that the seller is not authorised and may not be purchasing the products through valid UK sources.

WARRANTY & REGULATIONS

If you are to purchase a Shindaiwa product over the internet from a reseller who does not have a valid reseller status, there is a possibility that the product you purchase does not comply to EU CE regulations and safety standards. These products are not purchased through legitimate sources and are void of any UK warranty.
